We want to help you find a property that you can afford to rent, and that provides the standard of living you require in the suburb you want to live in.

Applying for the Property

As soon as you have found a property that you would like to apply for an application form can be downloaded below. Each person over the age of 18 that will be living in the property must complete the relevant section of the application form; however it is not essential for all applicants to sign the Lease Agreement.

Emergency Maintenance

For all general Property Maintenance matters simply complete the online Maintenance Form below.  Any emergency or urgent repair work must be reported to our office within 24 hours of the event or the next business day. Notice to Vacate

30 days notice to vacate is required if a fixed term lease is expiring.  If you are on a periodic lease then you are required to give 21 days notice. Should you be breaking your lease please contact our office to discuss. Confirmation of you vacating will be sent in writing and access maybe required to show prospective tenants through the property with suitable notice.

In the event that you need to vacate the premises prior to the expiration of your fixed term agreement, you will incur costs as outlined in your lease agreement for breaking the lease. You will be responsible for;

  • Reimbursing the owner the unexpired balance of the leasing fee (if applicable)
  • Payment of weekly rent until either a new tenant moves into the property and commences paying rent or up until the lease agreement expires (whichever may occur first). 
  • Payment of associated advertising costs to find another tenant
  • Payment of costs involved with the upkeep of the property until the property is let, e.g. water consumption, cleaning, gardening and lawn maintenance.
