HOW IT WORKS – from start to finish

Our experienced team at JPG will review your property development project and assist you in deciding what services are required. We will work with you to maximize all the possibilities your block can offer to design the perfect home to live in or for an investment.

Step 1: Contact JPG - Register your interest here for an obligation free meeting today to discuss your Property Development/Investment goal or contact our office direct to speak with our Development Project Manager.

Step 2: Site Selection/Inspection – With expert knowledge and years of experience you will receive valuable advice on your sites potential and how to maximize your return on investment. We can also source suitable strategic sites on your behalf.

Step 3: Initital Design Concept Drawings Created – We will work with you to create a customised individual design or select from any of our off the plan designs available. We will ensure your development project design suits your budget and achieves the results you are ultimately after. You can view past property development projects here.

Step 4: Project Costings & Design Drawings Confirmed - You will be presented with a complete project concept package, which includes a detailed quote to ensure you know exactly what costs will be involved up front.  You will know where you stand with financing your project and the returns you can expect to see. We can also assist you with securing finance if required.

Step 5: Planning - Approvals - Building License - Contracts - We take the hassle out of you obtaining Council approvals and liaise directly with local authorities.  W
e work through any issues to make sure that stepping from planning to building is simple, your design and development application are approved, building licenses attained and contracts are prepared.

Step 6: Building Prestart – We can completely manage or lead you through this process by assisting you to select materials, colours and finishing touches to help add value and first class appeal to the look of your new property.

Step 8: Construction - You will be appointed a dedicated Site Manager and will receive a start time and building timeframe.  They will assist you with any queries and keep you updated with the progress of your development whilst ensuring all the building process details are taken care of.

Step 9: Completion & Delivery - We take ownership and will drive the development process through all stages to successful completion and hand-over.

Step 10: Property Management/Strata & Sales: Your new property is ready to hit the sales/rental market and we are ready to take care of all these arrangements. We are also experienced to manage Strata Titled Properties, so you can feel reassured that the JPG team will continue to provide support in these next steps too.
